Shift collects the email address, language and page of origin submitted when you subscribe to the newsletter. Correction forms collect your message, the article URL and, if you provide it, your email address.

How we use this information

The form currently captures registrations only. It does not send confirmation messages or newsletters automatically. We store subscriptions in Resend (Shift PT or Shift EN) and use Vercel for hosting.

We retain registration data until you request removal or withdraw consent. Your language preference and optional saved reading list are stored on your device; we do not use advertising cookies.

We use subscription data to manage newsletter registrations and deliver editorial updates. We use correction messages to investigate reported errors and reply when an email address is supplied. Technical request data may be processed to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers involved in hosting and managing subscriptions process the information needed for those services.

Your choices and removal requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw newsletter consent, through the corrections form. Include the registered email address and describe the request. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
